1. Product Use & Safety

Our products—including dog training bumpers and all future hunting accessories—are designed for supervised training and outdoor use only.

They are not intended as chew toys, household toys, or for any purpose other than the intended use listed.

Customers are responsible for:

• Supervising dogs during use
• Inspecting products before each session
• Discontinuing use if damage or wear is present

Maxed Out Decoys is not liable for injuries, accidents, misuse, or damage resulting from improper use or unsupervised activity.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to:

• Update pricing at any time
• Limit quantities
• Refuse or cancel an order if fraud or misuse is suspected

Payment must be completed before your order is shipped.

3. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on carrier, location, and order volume.

Once shipped, all tracking and delivery responsibilities are handled by the carrier.

Maxed Out Decoys is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos so we can assist.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unopened, and unworn items (such as apparel and accessories).

Dog Training Bumpers

For safety and hygiene reasons, dog bumpers:

• Must be unused and in original condition for a return
• Cannot be returned if there are bite marks, punctures, dirt, or signs of use
• Can be replaced if defective upon arrival

Any product used with a dog is not eligible for refund.

5. Product Warranty

Our products are hand-crafted and inspected before shipping.

Manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost.

Damage caused by chewing, misuse, or normal wear is not covered under warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Maxed Out Decoys, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the safe use of all products
• Maxed Out Decoys is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, unsupervised activity, or failure to follow product instructions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product names, and brand materials belong exclusively to Maxed Out Decoys and may not be copied or reproduced.

8. Future Products

These terms apply to all current and future products released under Maxed Out Decoys, including:

• Dog training bumpers
• Hunting accessories
• Outdoor gear
• Calls and waterfowl equipment (once released)

No updates are needed unless you want additional restrictions.
