Refund & Returns

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below.

1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns within 30 days for:

• Apparel (unworn, unwashed, unused)
• Accessories (unused, in original packaging)
• Defective items (must contact us within 72 hours of delivery)

All returns must include original packaging.

2. Dog Bumpers / Training Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality control:

• Dog bumpers MUST be unused to qualify for return.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The bumper has bite marks, punctures, dirt, odor, or hair
• The bumper shows signs of outdoor use
• The bumper has been exposed to a dog

Used dog bumpers cannot be resold and are not eligible for refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used dog bumpers
• Items damaged by misuse
• Clearance or final sale items
• Digital downloads (if any)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective

5. Exchanges

If the product arrived defective, we will send a replacement at no cost once photos are provided.
