Order Processing Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Processing and handling can take up to 7 business days from the time of purchase.
- During high-volume periods (season openings, holidays, product launches), processing times may be extended.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and your location.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after leaving our facility.
Maxed Out Decoys is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather or seasonal delays
- Delivery times once the package is accepted by the carrier
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.
Maxed Out Decoys is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been scanned by the carrier, Maxed Out Decoys is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 72 hours
- Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will assist with a replacement or next steps.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have begun processing.
If you need to update an address, contact us immediately at maxedoutdecoys@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.
International Shipping
At this time, Maxed Out Decoys ships within the United States only.
